Shirley Sneh is a mother, author, speaker, founder, CEO, and advocate for truth and healing. Born in Sinoe County, Greenville, Liberia, her life has been shaped by resilience, faith, and an unwavering commitment to purpose.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and has built an accomplished career in corporate America, serving in leadership roles up to Executive Director of Operations. Shirley is also a Licensed Financial Professional serving clients across all 50 states and Canada, a Licensed Realtor, and a Licensed Assisted Living Director. Her diverse professional background reflects her excellence in leadership, service, and people-centered impact.
In addition to her corporate and professional achievements, Shirley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of multiple ventures and nonprofit organizations, and she actively serves on the boards of several nonprofits—demonstrating her deep commitment to community, empowerment, and transformational leadership.
At the age of 17, Shirley gave birth to twin boys while living in Ghana. Shortly after their birth, she was told they had died. With no evidence and no closure, she carried the weight of that moment for 25 years.
In May 2025, driven by faith and a mother’s unbreakable love, Shirley returned to Ghana and embarked on a deeply personal and spiritual journey in search of the truth. Her story is one of unwavering faith, perseverance, and the courage to confront decades of uncertainty.
Today, Shirley is passionate about empowering others through her testimony. She mentors youth, leads community initiatives, and supports efforts focused on education, healing, and restoration. Her life’s work reflects her deep belief that God can bring purpose out of pain and beauty from brokenness.
